The RV Technical Institute’s 2025 Annual Report shares the significant accomplishments of the only industry-backed, gold standard RV technician training program. With an increasing number of RVers embracing the outdoors for the first time, and many of them younger than before, the RV industry continues to face demand for skilled technicians. As a result, the Technical Institute has continued to provide quality, timely service, ultimately delivering exceptional RV experiences to consumers.
 

The RV Technical Institute’s mission—training the next generation of RV technicians, elevating the profession, and ensuring the industry has the talent it needs to support its customers—has never been more important. The program has reached several milestones this year, including: 
 

1) Launching a first-of-its-kind RV technician training program with Navarro College, designed to meet the growing demand in the field.
 

2) Expanded its model further through collaboration with Littleton Public Schools’ EPIC Campus, connecting high school students to high-demand careers through real-world training and certification. 
 

3) Offering Level 1 study guides and tests in Spanish, eliminating a language barrier and offering a clear pathway for a larger group of individuals to enter and advance within the profession.
