The RV Technical Institute recently led a Level 2 dealer on-site training session with RV Masters, an RV repair shop located in LaPlace, LA. The training was conducted by Trainer Chris Jachim.
During Dealer On-Site Training, the Institute sends one of its instructors to a qualifying dealership location that has expressed interest (rather than the dealership sending its technicians to the Institute’s facility). Dealer On-Site Training is available for dealerships that are registered with the Institute as a Location Subscriber or Authorized Learning Partner+.
RV Masters’ service team attended the hybrid Level 2 training to enhance their repair skills, spending the first 11 weeks learning the material online and the final week practicing hands-on instruction with Jachim. Level 2 fosters the deep understanding and hands-on skills needed to successfully troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems in all of an RV's components, including propane, electrical, water, appliances, body, generator, and chassis.
