RV Technical Institute Attends Association For Career And Technical Education Region 4 Conference
The RV Technical Institute recently participated in the Association for Career and Technical Education’s Region 4 Annual Conference, which took place Wednesday, April 23rd through Friday, April 25th, in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Association for Career and Technical Education is the largest national education association dedicated to the advancement of education that prepares youth and adults for career and technical education (CTE) opportunities. The organization's core purpose is to provide leadership in developing an educated, prepared, adaptable, and competitive workforce.
The Association for Career and Technical Education comprises five separate regions covering the United States. This most recent conference focused on the fourth region, which covers Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The conference provided professional development and networking opportunities for career and technical education professionals.
The RV Technical Institute attended this event to connect with audiences who are likely to be interested in the RV technician career path. By sharing curriculum information, the Institute aims to encourage enrollment and guide interested individuals toward fulfilling careers as RV technicians, ready to assist RVers with their travels.
“Our team from the RV Technical Institute enjoyed attending the conference and speaking to the individuals who visited our booth,” says Halle Howard, the RV Technical Institute’s Account Specialist. “We engaged with a number of people who were curious about the RV technician field and how they could get involved. It was exciting to share the information about our program with them. Looking ahead, we’re eager to continue attending educational events like this one so we can keep connecting with interested audiences."
